Although we do update the calendar as dates are booked ,it is best to either call or email us before making a payment with paypal.

Choose the button whose date is within the block of dates listed. In other words if you want to book 3 nights from 6/21-6/23 you would go to the block of dates from June 19 - July 23 and click on 3 nights.

Once we receive the notification of payment we will send you the lease agreement and other pertinent information about your stay.

There is a nominal deposit fee of $100 which is automatically added to the rent total. Please allow 14 days for the deposit to be returned. It will be returned providing the house is left in the same condition it was found.

If you choose self clean it must be cleaned as if a service did it.If it's not cleaned properly a $65 cleaning fee will be applied against the deposit.If you choose to have a cleaning service the fee is $65. Thank you.

Unless other arrangements for a linen service are made remember to bring your own linens, bath and beach towels.
